Sales Terms and Conditions

To place an order in follow these steps:

  1. Create an account or identify yourself in «My Account» located in the top right-hand corner of the home page. If you still not a client and you would like to create an account, first click on «My Account», then on «Create an account». If you prefer you can speed up your order without creating an account, but in this case you will be unable to access your order history or enjoy the benefits/offers given to customers.
  2. Select your articles as you browse through the store and add them to your basket
  3. Validate the basket
  4. Indicate the delivery address
  5. Confirm and pay for your order

Once your order has been validated, you will receive an email of confirmation. To know the status of your order at any time, enter into your account and in «My Orders» you will find detailed information about all your orders and invoices.

Incidents/cancellations of an order:

Add an article to your basket
To add an article to your basket, click on the product information sheet, select the appropriate size and colour, and click on «Add to my basket».

Validating your basket
To see and purchase the articles in your basket, go to «My Basket» located in the top right-hand corner of the home page.

Deleting articles from your basket
To delete articles from your basket, click on the delete button shaped like a cross, located to the right of the corresponding articles.

Using a promotional code
To use a promotional code, you only need to enter the code in the special box for promotional codes in the basket. Once it has been validated, the offer will automatically be applied to your order.

In the event the promotional code does not work, please contact our Customer Service by filling in the form located on the Customer Service contact page.


Areas of delivery covered by
The online store delivers to the whole of Spain, except the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Gibraltar and Andorra.

Delivery times and forms of delivery offers two forms of delivery:

  • Standard delivery by the «Envialia» postal system. The average delivery period is between 48 and 72 hours, depending on the destination. The deliveries made by Envialia take place from Monday to Friday, between 8.00 and 19.00h. Standard delivery is free of charge.
  • Express delivery with UPS. The package is sent by post to your address within 24 to 48 hours, except weekends and holidays. As a welcoming gift, gives you express delivery with your first order.

As soon as the postal service has taken charge of the package you can track its status at all times by either using the order tracking number which you will find in your online account, in the order details and tracking section, or which will be sent to you by email with the order confirmation. In the event you are not at home, the postal service will leave a notification of the delivery so you can collect the parcel from your nearest post office.


To create an MNB account, please follow these steps:

  • 1. Click on «My Account» located in the top right-hand corner of the home page
  • 2. On the identification page write your email address in the correct box for «New Customer».
  • 3. Click on «Continue» and fill in the remaining details.

You will receive an email that confirms your account has been created and a reminder of your identification details. You will need to use this information to identify yourself and place orders on the website.

Your MNB account makes sure you to have the necessary information to be able to place and order and carry out the following actions:

  • - Track an order
  • - Consult and modify personal details
  • - Receive the newsletter, promotions and discounts

Entering your account

To enter your account, click on «My Account» located in the top right-hand corner of the home page and identify yourself in the corresponding client section.

Subscribing to the newsletter
If you would like to receive the newsletter, write your email address in the field located in the bottom right hand corner of the home page in the "Subscribe to the newsletter" section, and fill in the following fields in the subscription box: title, first name, surname and email.

To cancel your subscription to the newsletter, click on the subscription cancellation button located on the bottom of the newsletter.

Your password
You need your password to access your online account, place an order and obtain tracking information. If you forget your password, write your email address and click on «I have forgotten my password» in the identification box. We will send you an email with your access data.

To modify your password you only need to access the personal details included in your account and click on «Modify» in the specific password space.

Online payment is made by banker’s card (Visa, Mastercard) or PayPal

Payment is made when orders are sent, when our logistics service has dispatched the package. does not accept instalment payments.


Defective articles
Although we take great care with the preparation of our customers’ orders and they pass a quality control before they are sent, on rare occasions an article could be defective. In this case, to return an article and receive a refund you must fill in the form available in ‘My Account’, the ‘Returns and Refunds’ section of within calendar 30 days after receiving the order.

A courier will collect the item you are returning within a maximum of 14 calendar days after the date of the returns voucher. The item/s must be wrapped in the original packaging.

If I return an article, when will I receive the refund?
Once we have received the returned article, the refund will be made within a maximum of 48 hours. The cost of the returned items will be transferred into your bank account.


Photographs of the articles
The product specifications of the articles sold on our store display their main features. However, it is possible that, due to the Internet browser or the screen used, the images, photographs and colours of the items on sale do not correspond to their real colours.

Sizes of the articles
To know the equivalent sizes used on, we recommend you consult the size guide available in each one of the product specification sheets.
